My normal heating company that I have a contract with near a very popular highway refused to fix my furnace on a warranty claim, as it “wasn’t worth their time for the little warranty money.” Apparently that is a common thing around here. Central was willing to help me by repairing the furnace and working with me on the warranty claim so that we could both be satisfied. Thanks, Central!
