The Central Cooling and Heating crew are always great, but today I want to give a special shoutout to Orion, JC, and three others, who were outstanding!
I had been without heat all through the recent freeze, with my inside temperature being around 50 degrees. Orion immediately diagnosed the problem and arranged for a timely solution.
Orion, JC, and the earlier crew were extremely competent, respectful, and professional, and answered all of my questions. On top of that, they left my place spotlessly clean and were authentically, nice.
Tonight we actually have heat, which is a true pleasure after what we’ve been through, so thank you so much!
