As we navigate this rapidly-developing Coronavirus situation together, we want to assure you that the well-being of both our customers and our employees is our number one concern.
Our goal has always been to ensure our customers a safe, clean, reliable, comfortable and efficient HVAC system and never has this been more important — as we all are spending more time at home right now.
As a designated “Essential Business,” our employees are ready and willing to repair failing heating, cooling and hot water systems, and replace when needed.
All our employees have been instructed to stay home if they are not feeling well, with no fear of losing wages. While on the job, our employees will not offer a handshake to customers, and they will maintain an appropriate distance to customers and other workers.
All of our vehicles have been equipped with water supplies and soap so employees can wash their hands before and after each visit. Those may be replaced with hand sanitizer as supplies become available.
If somebody in your home is not feeling well, let us know and we will gladly reschedule our visit.
We have been getting many inquiries as to what we can offer for “virus killing” solutions in homes.
