Good people means excellent service. We have had lots of dealings with Central Cooling & Heating, starting with the installation of central air conditioning in 2013. We have never met a Central Cooling staff member that we didn't like. The same was true with this latest project, installing a new gas boiler. Jim Pardi, who talked with us about the project initially, and Mark, who came to figure out the specific plan and equipment needs, both were great, taking the time to explain things clearly. Cecil (sp?) and Lin, who came to do the actual installation over the course of two days, also were great, keeping us updated and answering our questions as they worked and letting us know whenever they had to turn off the gas or water temporarily. They finished the job in the two days that were promised, and they left our basement much cleaner than it was when they arrived. I give Central Cooling high marks for hiring people who are an excellent combination of professional and personable. -Carolyn
